Entry fees

There is no limit to the number of entries an individual originating photographer, agency creative or photo library makes. Entrants outside the UK must pay by credit card at the time of entry. UK entrants may pay by credit or debit card, BACS, or cheque. If you elect to pay by cheque or BACS your entries will not be included until your payment has cleared.

Single entry fee (per entry)
Fee per image: £60.00 inc UK Value Added Tax at 17.5%

Campaigns: a campaign series must consist of a minimum of three different images - 
Fee per campaign: £160.00 including UK Value Added Tax at 17.5%

Photo Library: must consist of a minimum of three images-
Fee per body of work: £160.00 including Value Added Tax at 17.5%

Special rates apply for members of professional associations or bodies in different countries. Members must check the list below to see whether they qualify for an additional discount. If you are a member of an association for professional creative photographers that is not on the list, please email your membership secretary, copying Adele Durham at the email address shown below, asking them to contact each other with a view to adding the your association to the list and agreeing the discount for members. 

Members of the following Associations are eligible for a 15% discount on the cost of entry:

 

 

AOP (Association of Photographers)

 To apply the discount please tick the box on the payment page which says 'I am a member of a professional association or institution'.

Once the box has been ticked you will be asked to fill in the name of this association and will then be asked to fill in your member number or reference. After these details have been completed the discount will automatically be applied.
